Privacy notice

When you submit an enquiry, WIllSHINEPLANTER stores the contact and company details, project requirements, selected products, quantities and source information you provide. These details are used to evaluate and respond to your request and manage the related business conversation.

Enquiries and follow-up

Your enquiry is stored in our website database and is available to authorised studio administrators. It is not a payment or an order. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal information. To request access, correction or deletion, email support@willshineplanter.com with your earlier enquiry reference and the request.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we record visits, product-detail views, shortlist additions and quotation and sample link clicks, enquiry attempts, submission errors and enquiry actions using a random identifier stored in your current browser session. Source and campaign labels help us understand which channels bring relevant enquiries. We do not record form content in analytics events. Optional analytics stay disabled unless you choose to allow them.

Browser storage

We store your temporary enquiry list and source information in session storage. Your analytics preference is stored locally so you do not have to choose it repeatedly. Clearing browser storage resets these preferences and the temporary list.

Security and retention

Enquiry access is restricted on the server to authorised accounts. Enquiries are retained while relevant to the business relationship, or until a valid deletion request is processed. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help prevent spam; the rate-limit records expire after approximately one hour and are removed during subsequent requests.

Hosting

This site uses the Sites hosting service and Cloudflare infrastructure. Administrator access requires platform sign-in and an authenticator code. A short-lived, essential security cookie protects administrator sessions. We do not automatically add enquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list.
